Abstract
As objective fixed, the evaluation and comparison of the martial contents in hemolysis total blood, serum and globules red; the dosage by colorimetric test (ferrosine) of the martial contents in hemolysis total blood, serum and martial contents globular of 31 pigs among them 7 pregnant sows (TG), 7 feed sows (TA), 12 Large white piglets (PLW) and 5 breed local piglets (PRC) in farm and family breeding of Lubumbashi at tropical area revealed that the martial contents in hemolysis total blood were 113.1±8.4 µg/dl, 103.6±12 µg/dl, 84.5±9.4 µg/dl and 58.5±4.6 µg/dl respectively at the TG, TA, PLW and PRC. In the serum, the martial contents at the TG, TA, PLW and PRC were respectively 92.8±5.4 µg/dl, 84.4±9.9 µg/dl, 73.1±10.1 µg/dl and 51.4±1.6 µg/dl. Whereas in globules red the concentrations of 20.3±6.1 µg/dl, 19.2±9.1 µg/dl, 11.4±9.4 µg/dl and 7.1±5.5 µg/dl were obtained respectively at the TG, TA, PLW and PRC. In comparison in hemolysis total blood, the rate of serum contents of TG, TA, PLW and PRC corresponded respectively at 82.1%, 81.5%, 86.5% and 87.9% against 17.9%, 18.5%, 13.5% and 12.1% of martial globular rate. Statistical comparison of martial contents in hemolysis total blood and serum revealed that martial contents of TG are very higher than those of all categories. But the globular contents of TG and TA are higher than these of PRC whereas the globular contents between TA and PLW, as those between PLW and PRC are comparable.
These results showed that in breeding family of Lubumbashi the piglets are threatened with ferriprive anemia. We recommend on the one hand that supplementation be applicable and on the other hand to researchers to measure out the myoglobin muscular of pig and animals of red muscle, to measure out the ferritin and receivers of transferrin in muscles, liver and marrow bone.
